Always one to stand out throughout school and college years, I maintained a consistent record of awards in sports and academic excellence. In school, my confidence, sense of ownership and public speaking talent culminated in my appointment as Head Girl, a role that taught me the true sense of leadership and responsibility and set the foundation for a superlative professional life ahead. With a curious mind and an innate drive to break the gender stereotype, I seized every opportunity that came my way. I learnt fast and delivered beyond.
My contributions have been consistently recognised, starting from my very first job at Time Life (A Time Warner company) where I received the ‘Top Sales’ award of the country within six months of joining. I have since received several accolades including ‘Certificate of Sales Excellence’, ‘Certificate of Excellence in Leadership’ at DLF Ltd., ‘Best Senior Manager— Bancassurance Partnerships’ at Aviva Life Insurance. These awards are testimony to my impact across various industries.
Certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and NABET trainer; I possess a robust skill set tailored for driving results and fostering growth. My proficiency extends to strategic planning, team leadership, client acquisition, and relationship management, particularly within the Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNI) segment.

Given my previous experiences in luxury sector, as a role model, I infused the true essence of luxury into my role as Head - Super Luxury Sales (Vice President) at DLF Ltd. (January 2021 to June 2024), where I orchestrated high-value real estate sales and lead my team to surpass targets for super luxury residences through experiential selling. With strategic planning domestically and robust international outreach efforts, I consistently delivered outstanding results crossing $600 million during my tenure. My pride remains in not just the numbers I delivered but also about the stories behind each sale, the relationships built, and the journeys embarked upon.

My time at Louis Vuitton Retail India Pvt. Ltd. (September 2015 to September 2020) was a whirlwind of excitement and growth. Starting with private client relationships and moving to Team Manager, Store Manager and eventually India Retail Manager, I had three promotions in five years! Every day was a new adventure. I lived the brand, crafting and executing visionary strategies, driving exceptional sales, nurturing high-value clientele, and mentoring teams to deliver outstanding results. I represented the brand at various international summits and have considerable exposure to international markets as a result of my engagement across regions specifically across South-East Asia and Europe. In my time at Louis Vuitton, I consistently delivered +20% YOY growth, which peaked at +40% at the time of my exit.

I held my first independent role for strategy as Head- Luxury Retail at Bird Retail Pvt. Ltd. (February 2011 to August 2012). My primary objectives were P&L and Business Development responsibility - to grow the number of international luxury fashion brands under the Bird Group umbrella and to increase the company’s presence across the country. My time at the company was brief but the pace was intense. I handled one existing brand (German brand Porsche Design), launched two new brands (Swiss brand Bally and German brand Van Laack) and successfully obtained India franchise agreements from four brands (Italian brands Valentino, Bulgari, Brioni and German brand Baldessarini). As CEO designate, I developed systems and processes for the company, including organisation structure, HR policies, logistics planning and CRM systems as well as engaged with realtors for securing prime locations for luxury retail across the country.

My experience at Aviva Life Insurance India Pvt. Ltd. (August 2006 to February 2010) played a pivotal role in shaping me as a professional. My journey from Corporates Sales where my key role was to identify potential clients for group insurance, influence purchase opinion, make presentations and structure proposals to medium and large organisations to heading the No. 1 Bancassurance Partnerships (IndusInd Bank) for retail sales, was filled with learnings, personal growth, and professional grit. From winning the CEO’s award for the highest score in Six Sigma Green Belt to representing the company at All-India competition for quality excellence conducted by CII, the journey shaped me and prepared me for bigger roles that were to come ahead in my career.

Humble beginnings as a business analyst working remotely during the child-bearing years to stellar growth as full time Head- Marketing, Tecnova India Pvt. Ltd. (December 2003 to July 2006) showed me the true potential that I possessed as a professional. My time at this medium sized Management Consultancy specialising in groundbreaking work for India entry strategies for foreign companies gave me international exposure for the first time. With primary focus on $500mn US and European companies, I developed an understanding of diverse cultures, work practises and learnt the art of networking. During my tenure, I led teams working at different time zones and facing different challenges therein. I discovered my own growth from an individual contributor to a team player and this was the very foundation for me as a mentor, collaborator and guide, the very essence of me as a consultant of today.
